ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Membership to The WW Club, Inc. provides its benefits to you subject to your acceptance of the Terms of Service (“ToS”) set forth below. By applying for membership, you agree to these Terms. The ToS may be updated at any time without notice.

OVERVIEW

Membership to The WW Club, Inc. provides access to exclusive members’ only-content (via email newsletter) and a copy of The WW Club members’ card. From time to time, we’ll host exclusive member only and offer events and discounts with select partners. These events will be accessible on a first-come, first-served basis.

MEMBERSHIP TERMS

The WW Club is currently open to women only. Eligibility for membership of the Club will be dependent on the prospective member being able to demonstrate her experience of working or wishing to work in the creative industries, and a desire to promote the Club’s mission and objectives. Prospective members must be eighteen years or older. Admission to membership shall be at the sole discretion of the The WW Club, Inc. No reason shall be given for refusal of any application at any stage. Any applications not meeting these terms will be refunded in full. All information relating to an application shall be treated in strictest confidence by the Club.

COSTS AND CANCELLATIONS

Membership may be cancelled at any time. Please note that we are unable to offer pro-rated refund on yearly subscriptions.

THE WW CLUB, INC. TRADE MARK RIGHTS

All members and their guests shall not use the names, logos, colours, trade marks, service marks, photographs, trade dress, or other identifying features of The WW Club, Inc. without obtaining the specific prior written approval of the Proprietor as to the specific use.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold The WW Club Inc. and its subsidiaries, officers, agents, employees and partners harmless from any and all claims or demands, losses, liabilities, damages, fines, penalties, costs and expenses arising out of your violation of the ToS or Acceptable Use Agreement.
