MAKING IT WORK: LONDON
If there’s one feeling better than heading back to your hometown, it’s bringing together a roomful of amazing women to discuss the best things about living and working in your hometown, five days after you return for the first time in a year.
Last Sunday, The WW Club congregated in the stunning (and aptly named) 100 Room at Ace Hotel London Shoreditch for its inaugural meeting in the British capital. After a panel conversation with Riposte editor Danielle Pender, Sunday Times Style columnist Dolly Alderton, The Mushpit co-founders Charlotte Roberts and Bertie Brandes, and Sang Bleu and Radical People editor Reba Maybury, we headed next door for an extremely delicious brunch catered by Hoi Polloi. Four courses and copious cocktails later, the first-ever UK meeting of The WW Club drew to the close. It won’t be the last.
