Week three of The WW Club at 45 Grand, and the sessions are going from strength to strength. Last Wednesday's event was all about endurance: how do you build a career (and a body) that can go the distance?

The session kickstarted with a barre class taught by the fabulous Rachel Knicks, after which there was an opportunity to recover over salmon lettuce tacos, black rice salad with mango and pistachios, and the most beautiful (and Instagram-able) dragon fruit chia puddings, made by Diana Yen of The Jewels of New York.

After snacks had been devoured and pineapple coconut water had been sipped, we headed to the dreamy pink lounge area for the panel component of the evening.  This week, I was honoured to welcome a group of women who really know about building a career with legs - Diane Brown (Founder of RxArt), Piera Gelardi (co-founder of Refinery29), graphic designer and illustrator Lotta Nieminen, and Open Sponsorship founder Ishveen Anand.

The full audio recording will be up in due course. Until then, enjoy the snaps!
