Last Wednesday evening was the final installment of The WW Club at 45 Grand and we saw the series out in fitting style. With the evening themed around the idea of performancethe last session was spent exploring what it means to deliver your personal best - whether you're in the office or at the gym.

NTC+ Trainer Traci Copeland kickstarted the session by putting guests through their paces with an intense HIIT workout. Afterwards there was a chance to recover with food and drinks provided by Camille Becerra of NY restaurant, Navy: a superfood-heavy mix of quinoa collard wraps, avocado and dragon fruit salad, and charred vegetables with a turmeric and pistachio dips - all of which tasted even prettier than it looked.

Our final panel featured a stellar ensemble of women who are more than equipped to speak on the topic of performance across the board: Creative Director for Nike Women, Julie Igarashi, the New Museum's Deputy Director Karen Wong, floral artist Brittany Asch, and Onomie founder Lauren Hoffman.
