There were many, many highlights of The WW Club at 45 Grand, and the food was not the least of them. With an all-star lineup curated by Cherry Bombe magazine, we were lucky enough to enjoy four weeks' worth of delicious, nutrient-rich snacks and drinks from some of the best women chefs in NY. Here, Laila Gohar of Sunday Supper shares the recipe for the amazing 'New Agey Bars' she supplied for our very first session.

Sunday Supper’s New Agey Bars
Makes 30 to 40

2 cups rolled oats
½ cup sunflower seeds
½ cup  hemp seeds
¾ cup buckwheat
¾ cup coconut flakes
½ cup pepitas
½ cup black sesame seeds
½ cup golden flax seeds
½ cup chia seeds
½ cup coconut sugar
½ cup goji berries
1 teaspoon spirulina powder
½ cup coconut oil
½ cup nut butter
½ cup raw honey

Preheat the oven to 325°F. 

Line a baking pan with wax paper. Combine the dry ingredients in a large bowl.  In another bowl combine the wet ingredients. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined. Spread the batter evenly into prepared baking pan, pressing firmly into the bottom. 

Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until brown around the edges.  

Cool and cut into bars. Handle carefully as they can be delicate.
